Recipe grade and materials depends on pet foraging level.

Oh and you can trade common gears or refined, but you can't trade specialised refined pet gear.
Each pet can wear only one specialised working gear, it depends on pet star type. For example terro needs claw+0 or refined to +1, +2. Then you can craft specialised gear +0, +1, +2. But you can trade only +0 specialised pet gear. Mod edit some gramar.
