K, here is the build I'm using at the moment. It's really effective. Ofc. using RDII as a main skill, but also focusing on stunning the target with MS + Cold Disposition ( Array ) to lower their resistances. Use with caution.

Rly good in 1vs1 fights, as those are mostly all ive checked rly, since those are only ones i dont lag in, but yah, imo good build *nod nod*

I'll check it out when i get home, might post my own build even though its total fail... people say the tier 4 is weird ><
